Car Travel
From the east
M40 Junction 8 or 8a, take the A40 then A420 to Headington Centre and follow signs.
From the north
M40 junction 9, take the A34 then A40 northern ring road, turning off for Marston (B4150), then B4495 towards Headington and
follow signs.
From the south and west
Approach from the A4142 Eastern ring road and B4495.

Car parking is pay and display.
Park & Ride
The 600 Thornhill to Churchill runs every 20 minutes, via Headington and the Nuffield
Orthopaedic Centre.
Public Transport
Train
The Churchill is 3 miles from Oxford railway station. Allow 15 minutes by taxi from the station forecourt and 30 minutes by bus (take the number 5, changing at Queens Lane to the 15).
Bus
- 15 from city centre. Get off in Girdlestone Road. Runs every 10 minutes on weekdays.
- 10 from Cowley - Hollow Way - The Slade - Girdlestone Road - Roosevelt Drive - Oxford Brookes - John Radcliffe Hospital. Runs every
30 minutes. Get off in Girdlestone Road or Roosevelt Drive.
- 2/7A Kidlington and Summertown to the City. Change to 15 at High Street (Queens Lane).
- 2, 7A from Barton. These services stop in Headington.
- 22 from Risinghurst. This service stops in Headington.
- 280 from Aylesbury, Thame and Wheatley. This service stops in Headington.
- 4, 22, from Botley. Change to 15 at High Street (Queens Lane).
- 400 from Seacourt Park & Ride. Change to 15 at High Street (Queens Lane).
Banbury Clinic
The clinic is in the centre of Banbury at the Orchard Health Centre.

Car Travel
From the M40
- Take the Banbury exit (J11) and follow signs to Banbury.
- Go straight across at the first and second roundabouts.
At next roundabout (below Tesco's) turn left (signposted Town Centre). You will pass a cemetery on your right.
- Take the first turn right past the Cemetery into Cope Road.
From Oxford via A423
- Follow signs to Banbury.
- When you reach the Banbury Cross keep going straight ahead.
- Continue
straight on past the pedestrian crossing (St Mary's Church is on the right).
- At the next set of traffic lights go straight across
and take the next turning left into Cope Road.
Car Parking
The car park is free.
Public Transport
The train station is a short walk from the Castle Quay Shopping Centre and the bus station is next to it. From the shopping centre head to Castle Street and then Southam Road.
